I need to update the blog with pictures of Izzy getting a 1st and then 2nd place in conformation.  Grady got his Novice A title in Rally at the same show.  It was a great weekend….however, I just had to post a picture of Izzy in her little pull ups.  Poor thing is going through her first heat.

Well on Sat. we qualified and got First Place.  Keep in mind that at Level 1, there are level 2 and level 3 people competing at Level 1 (and there was at all these trials).  They still compete at that level in order to achieve a championship in Level 1 – you need 10 wins in level 1 to get a championship.  On Sunday morning, he qualified and got First Place again!!!!  We were doing so well that I decided to go ahead and enter into the last Level 1 trial on Sunday afternoon…..we qualified and got First Place again!!  So, he now has his Rally-O title in Level 1 (qualified 3 times under 2 different judges), he got first place all three times AND because we scored over 190 at each trial, he gets an Award of Excellence.  Not bad for our first time out.  I am really really really proud of Grady…..he is an amazing dog and I am so very lucky to have him in my life.

So how many ribbons can a dog win in two days…..a buttload to use an exact measurement…..
